Supporting the domestic and international growth of edtech and innovation in education, the European Edtech Alliance offers this public European Edtech map in order to create a common picture of the European landscape in this vibrant, booming and fast growing market, and to showcase all its diversity.
The European Edtech Map also makes it easier for both start-ups and established companies to identify each other, in order to create partnerships or just to analyse the market, thanks to dedicated filters.
Launch today: A central, European-wide Edtech Hub Supporting All Ukrainian Teachers and Learners
The New Ukrainian School Hub, a free hub collating educational resources, and knowledge to support Ukrainian refugees launched today as announced by the European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth, Mariya Gabriel. Developed by the European Edtech Alliance and “Learning Together” Project, the hub provides access to supplemental edtech solutions and to Ukrainian online learning platforms and direct access to relevant country specific or local education access information.
The goal for the hub is to ensure that learners, families, educators, and local supporters have the ability to quickly find tools that work for them regardless of where their journey over the months takes them. Importantly, this also supports the integration of Ukrainian resources and Ukrainian learners and teachers within local or regional ecosystems.
The initiative is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland and the European Commission. The project is also supported by the University of Helsinki, Finnish Consulting Group Ltd, and cooperating with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine (MDT) and UNICEF.
